Alice brings with her more than 35 years of experience in the banking, service, and manufacturing industries.

Reporting directly to the Group Executive Chairman, she plans and coordinates roadmaps of DP Group to maximize the strategic use of human resources. She oversees key functions, including employee compensation, recruitment, HR policies, training & development, payroll management and regulatory compliance.

She joined DP Group of Companies as Human Resource Executive on 28 June 2005 and has been promoted to HR Manager before assuming her role as Head of Human Resource for DP Group. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
