Josephine joined us in June 2024, bringing decades of extensive financial leadership experience across diverse industries – including logistics, manufacturing and new startups. With expertise in financial control, corporate governance, and business transformation, she plays a key role in driving the Group’s financial policies.

Reporting directly to the Group Executive Chairman, Josephine oversees the Group’s financial planning and investment strategy. She is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial insights to support decision-making. Additionally, she leads and develops the Group’s finance teams in various countries, ensuring operational efficiency and strong financial governance.

Josephine holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development.
