Chaiya oversees all of DP’s operations in Thailand. He was appointed as Senior Operations Manager in year 2006, promoted to General Manager in May 2014, and further advanced to Executive Director in May 2017. Chaiya’s focus is on driving efficiency, implementing innovative technologies, and enhancing production efficiency and profitability, ultimately contributing to DP's continued growth and success.

His career began in the hard disk drive and electronic manufacturing industry, where he accumulated years of experience. Throughout his career, he applied Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies to develop new suppliers, design new products, and ensure optimal product quality. Chaiya transitioned from the electronics sector to the automotive industry, where he spent 13 years working for various top automotive MNCs.

Chaiya holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Kasem Bundit University and an MBA from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.
