Kee Pei joined DP Group as Senior Regional HR Manager in September 2025 and was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2026. In her current role, she oversees the Group’s comprehensive HR operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

With over a decade of regional experience, Kee Pei is responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, culture, and employee engagement.

She holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours). Kee Pei leverages her extensive regional background to build resilient, high-performing teams across borders.
