Steven started work in Disk Precision in Apr 1997. He has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Steven has more than 25 years of experience in Quality and have held different managerial positions . He is a Black belt in Six Sigma, which equips him with advanced technical knowledge to help the company in process improvements and resolve challenging problems with a systematic approach.

With the opportunities given by DP, Steven has climbed the corporate ladder steadily, initially as an in-process QC Engineer, then Senior QC Engineer, QA Manager, GM, Director and now as an Executive Director.

Steven is now an Executive Director in the Corporate Office overseeing the Group’s QA and OEE performances. Steven hopes to help the company be a global leader in the precision manufacturing industry.
