Vincent graduated in 1995 from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering. As Group Managing Director, Vincent oversees the whole DP business group, reporting to the Chairman.

He started his career with Seagate Technologies as a Supplier Quality Engineer but soon joined Disk Precision as a Marketing Manager, exploring a more challenging profession. He has since been with Disk Precision for more than 25 years and has moved on to take up demanding roles which brought him to the level of Executive Director and eventually to his current role as Group Managing Director in 2024.

Vincent envisages that Disk Precision will be a top global machining house that will provide competitive products and services to our customers amidst a culture of continuous improvement in Quality, Cost and Delivery. He is leading the whole team in Disk Precision towards achieving this strategic goal.
