Jing Hong oversees our Malaysia Group of Companies. She joined Disk Precision in April 2003 as a QA Engineer and rose to the position of QA Manager in the year 2019. She was subsequently promoted to Associate Director in 2023, overseeing Singapore’s daily operations before being appointed as the Executive Director of our Malaysia Group of companies. Jing Hong is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, as well as setting the vision and strategy of the Malaysia Group.

Prior to joining Disk Precision, Jing Hong has more than 10 years of working experience in the precision engineering industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, majoring in Plastic Injection Technology and Mold Design. She is also a Certified Quality Manager and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Singapore Quality Institute.

Jing Hong is well-versed in System Management and is a certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor. As Executive Director, Jing Hong is committed to strengthening business operations through strategic leadership and innovation, enhancing quality management systems to meet customer requirements, developing a skilled and motivated workforce through continuous training and development and driving operational efficiency and sustainable growth to ensure long-term success.
