Willy was the very first employee of Disk Precision Group of Companies. He joined DP in November 1986 when the company was first established.

Willy was in his early twenties when he joined as a technician. In the early years, he dedicated a tremendous amount of time and effort to DP. With his diligence and humble background, Willy has since risen to the position of Executive Director, reporting directly to the Group Managing Director.

With over 40 years of experience in process design and precision machine maintenance, Willy has played a key role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of DP Group’s equipment, machinery and operations.

Willy is now Executive Director in the Corporate Office, and functions as the Chief Technical Officer. Willy believes in a proactive, innovative-driven approach to process planning and machine efficiency management, focusing on predictive and preventive strategies to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. His vision is to integrate latest maintenance technologies and continuous workforce training, ensuring that DP Group remains at the forefront of precision engineering excellence. Willy holds a Specialist Diploma in Precision Engineering.
